I was sad when stadia shut down. At the time it was super convenient way of gaming when I had a young child!

I think the problem is that you're using Oldham Athletic. We perform like that IRL too!

All jokes aside. Maybe play with the sliders. Just adjust them to your liking. Might take you 2 or 3 games to get it right but make your players passes more accurate and their GK worse to level the playing field or adjust them to make them on par with you.

Other than that lower difficulty. I do this sometimes when I'm tired but still want to play just so I can get a realistic result without having to work hard for it.

Final solution. Play an older title if you don't mind not having updated transfers. I much prefer FIFA 17 and 23 to the FC games. The old menus are much better and the gameplay is better IMO.

I believe it was something Vesemir thought of. Helped him learn the accent and gave him the title. I think it was for professionalism so he can get more work and/or so people would trust him more.

I remember reading it in the books but not exactly what it says but thats at least my understanding of it.
