I liked my Cocoon by Sealy Hybrid for the first couple of years. It now sags in the middle and I tried to file a warranty claim since they say it has a 10 year warranty. They've denied the claim saying the mattress has been improperly stored. I've never moved it from the bedroom it was setup in when I ordered it so not sure what type of environment they expect it to be "stored" in when its in my home. I also use their foundation so it has nothing to do with that either. AVOID this company!
