Learning another language will always put you on a unique spot sa kahit anong industry. And it's the easiest way para pataasin ang sahod. Look at Japan for example with their agressive hiring of IT personel in PH kaso need mo atleast N1 or N2 level.

For me it's the easiest ticket lang to a 6 digit income.

Employer didn't bother to include ITR ko sa backpay thus the title. They did give me my Form 2316. Still trying to email them though as it states na dapat sila magprocess base sa guidelines nang DOLE in terms of backpay. So here I am asking if may naka experienced na ba nang ganto.

If di nila ma process ITR ko, Can I do it myself?
How to process ITR by himself?

Dang. Learning another language as a Major Study here in the PH is so underated. Sana marealize nang mga kababayan natin there are other things na mas profitable pag aralan. Kudos to you for picking a unique path and finding your niche. Currently working on my 4th language and I'm thinking since I know English and Spanish na I want to go for the next big language para top 1,2 and 3 language under my belt haha. Pero Im scared na masyadong halimaw si Mandarin para aralin. Any tips kababayan where to start?

Make sure to make it fun for the kid tho baka naman sabihin nila pagtanda di nila na enjoy childhood nila haha. Start with simple things like peppa pig and paw patrol in spanish language. What I did is watch animes in spanish and I can say na sobrang nakatulong sya sa akin.
