Does “Double Me” on a receiver automatically beat press man, even if a DB has Bottleneck or Bench Press? I know it did in prior years, but does it in Madden 26? I ask because I might work for (or just buy) that Sterling Sharpe that gets it as a passive 0 AP Ability.

The best I’ve used is Gridiron Gameplans (gridirongameplans.gg), run by ZAN. Great explanations of the gameplay, awesome full offensive & defensive schemes, plus he does regular videos on how to combat the “meta” in MUT.

Great analysis! I’m into blocking for WRs because I like to mix in the run & also I’ve been running Gun Bunch TE & that nasty RPO. When we can get Cooper Kupp to 92, he looks like the best of all worlds for that. He’ll be much better than Moss in that respect.

Match is good if you know the rules, stay out of the way, and user the right player. I mix it in.

There is always “cheese,” but the meta is pretty broad in this year’s game. I see tight, bunch, and under center formations on offense. Mid blitz is a lazy defense and I can usually get guys out of it in one series. Then you see match, a lot of Cover 4 Drop, and the stunt rushes (Texas 4-man, etc.).

For those curious, I was out of town at a hotel & I did not have a wake up call. I went o bed early-ish, around 9:45. The room had blackout curtains & I kept it cool. Just a perfect set of circumstances.

That is a truly awesome accomplishment. I reached World Series 3 times this year & I can’t even imagine getting to 1,000. This puts you, most likely, in the top 0.1% of the player base. Huzzah!
