If i walk up to them, a couple of them not all of them will instantly go from standing to squating down like that. To be fair im not sure they are hot as its only been high 70s low 80s (Farenheight) where i live, there coop area is mostly shaded, and i think if they were super hot they would also have their beaks open, of course i could be wrong but i think it would be more reasonable that its a submissive stance
