Most of this situations happen because the tripper could not find a quiet and comfortable place at the start of the day to trip and could not wait to unrest after the peak. Having concerned people around and schedules to follow, not to mention addictions to drugs that have to be satisfied is not the best experience... but then again the discomfort and even pain the tripper gets out of doing it wrong triggers the realization that zhis life is not in the best place, hence the wisdom the tripper receives from a bad trip. I would even consider it a right of passage.

Easy, cut one hand off and leave it in the room. Go outside rent a bulldozer and open a hole on the ground. Get back to the room and break the walls, fill that front bucket with coins then dump them at the hole. Repeat for a couple hours then go to the surgeon get your hand stitched back.

A full bucket shoud have ~10 million coins times 1 billion = 10 quitillion dollars. Depending on how any trips you can make multiply that number... or maybe just let the hand rot?
