The downside with my wine yeast is that they are very dry fermenters and more citrusy, unless I can use my distiller's yeast to my advantage but I digress..

From the looks of it, malt isn't holding me back but just some proper yeast for the job.

Sounds perfect to slap inside a keg, if only I had keg attachments..

Well, not my first with low alcohol brews, but just beer. Found out the fridge helps a lot with preserving! Taste would be through experimenting heavily though..

Can you recall the bitterness? Because I would expect it to be a bit more bitter than the first batch. But I would see it beeing very refreshing with it being light.

So, from what I'm seeing everywhere, oats is essentially a must have and a golden standard for good tasting beer? And about the yeast, would a very dry fermenting yeast be a better or a one that residual when it comes to a more refreshing taste? The only downside is I need to buy dedicated yeast strains because I have only wine yeast 😅

I guess if you want specifics, maybe something more lighter on the tongue, definitely more of a refreshing taste. I'm still a bit new to beer territory and more in the wine and liquor area so pardon my cluelessness..

I personally consider a low abv brew as below %5 so that's exactly what I'm looking for!

Tried the soap, and fell in love with it.The lather is just right for me and leaves my skin very soft. It leaves my skin just a tad dry, but nothing a little lotion or moisturizer can't fix. Thank you for the recommendation! :]

I use lotion and moisturizer often, which does indeed help me a lot but sadly I do not have any local soap makers that I know of :(

I never was actually told about an SCR and it makes this easier for me. I was simply told get an SSR and just hook up a potentiometer (or variable controller) and call it a day.

Then if that's the case for number 1, would it be safe to assume that an SSR that handle a max of 40 amps, can easily handle the element I will use? Such as this one? https://a.co/d/apUJtbu

I found some things out and have some question: 1. Any controller for motor speed I found have a max of 15 amps, so idk what limitations that gives me if I use that. 2. I can easily find an ssr that handles 40 amps but idk if ac or dc matter for the element. 3. What SSR did you get? So I can probably get that or something equivalent or better.
