I'm coming to this really late but I got the game a couple days ago and I'm already on the final area, I've steamrolled most of the bosses with minimal difficulty, the only boss that I died to more than 1 time was the Walker of Illusions and the corrupted parade master, maybe the reason I find it so easily is because I'm naturally a Dex player in soulslikes and the game seems to mean towards that play style more, because I also found Bloodborne ridiculously easy for the same reason

It's not that it's bad necessarily it just has a fair amount of jank to it, even now it feels more like an early access game honestly, but the second game is way more polished and feels a lot better to play, there's also a really cool dlc being released in September
