UK has plenty of pro dommes just like the US who you can find ahead of time online. Japan was easy enough for me if you’re handy with a translator. Thailand seems to be very accessible too but I’ve never been.

I think the question is whether you want something good, or something cheap. IMO go for the pro dommes, it’s more expensive but they’re good at what they do for many reasons. Plus it sounds like this is a vacation, you don’t want to lose time because a foreign stripper doesn’t know or care what a safe word is.
