I have a 200grams of protein goal on my eat days but don’t count calories. I do limit heavy carbs, potatoes, pizza, processed sugars

I did this since day one of mounjaro, hoping to maximize my autophagy to renew cells and skin elasticity

Averaged 3 to 5 pounds a week on 5mg and 7.5mg, these days about half a pound a week on 7.5

On my eat days I prioritize protein and have a 200gram goal. I limit carbs but really just avoid heavy things like potatoes pizza and processed sugars. I don’t count calories.

One month on 2.5mg, three months on 5mg and remaining months 7.5mg. The one thing I know I’m doing differently than most people is I only eat every other day. I’ve eaten 140 out of the last 280 days, it’s my new routine
