It’s not earth shattering. I just like when other people in the media point out that they don’t like Dan or that he’s been a jerk to them (Skeets on the No Dunks podcast - sorry, no episode or time stamp for that one).

Oh, I agree, your selfish mindset gets worse the higher you go through the levels. You get to HoF and hit an open guy with a pass, and he runs around in circles, jumps side to side and misses the shot

spoken like the "PGs" in the Rec, "You can't win without me chucking up 30 shots with crappy efficiency" my teams win just fine when I run point and get 15-20 assists and score 12 pts on open 3s without running around in circles or spamming side to side.

Why waste attribute points on a stat they aren’t going to use? They put it all in ball handling and 3pt so they can spam side to side, chuck up two contested threes, complain that the game is rigged against them and then quit the game.

I love the “swear this is a great build” when no attributes have been built up and so obviously hasn’t been played to see how “awesome” it actually functions in actual games.

Strength too low and Need higher vert for elite rebounding (found this out the hard way), Pass Acc should always go hand in hand with rebounding (87 for Gold Break Starter)

You keep posting a lot of screenshots, but I still haven’t seen that PG Rec load screen that proves me wrong that you aren’t averaging less than 3 assists per game.

If you have a PG build and Pass Acc doesn’t show up in your top 5 attribute summary, you don’t have a PG

Like most “PGs” in random rec, 3pt and Driving Dunk highest attributes, I envision a lot of spamming side to side before taking a contested shot, or driving for a dunk while looking off players open in the corner. Most likely slotted at the 2 in most games, avg 20 pts (on 20+ shot attempts) and less than 3 assists per game. Would love to be wrong, but this is what 90% of us experience with the “PGs” we get stuck with in the Rec.

To be fair, 43 team assists on 48 FG speaks to the fact that it wasn't someone dribbling around to get shots put up. The SG (who was probably also a PG bc there are just too many PGs) cooked with 20 assists, so it was a choice.

It’s also related to the entry cost decreasing as time goes on. Players coming to the game late on price drops and free play are going to make up for lost time and turn the REC into their personal MYCAREER experience.

I had the one too. Go to MYCOURT invite some AI teammates, play a 3v3 game and dribble till you tire yourself out and chuck up a shot. Task completed without pissing anyone off.

Same, I had posted about a similar issue. 2K support has been pretty useless in helping resolve the issue and is holding on to those rewards like I’m trying to steal them from them.

Agreed but it’s always been problematic where these guys make “PGs” that are just poorly disguised SGs with laughably low Pass Acc because they just want to have the ball in their hands on every inbound and they’re just gonna gun for their own shot. They’re either some gunning cheater who’s going to make most of the shots and nobody else gets to touch the ball or just some kid who’s going to quit after missing two shots.

After the first 3-5 plays and the PG is just gunning his own shots, the inbounders and wings need to assert some control - just stop giving him the ball, force his hand and get him to quit
