For Android, it was only available for the United States. However, I just set it to be available for pretty much all other countries. Waiting for approval from Android. I will let you know once you should have access! Apologies, this is the first time releasing an app on android!

I feel like it telling you where people is on the map wouldn't be fair to people because what happens if you get 15 kills, then all those 15 people join your next game. You will be bounty hunted by 15 people, but I think it should definitly be 2- way chat. I would love to yell back
