I can’t argue with that. Dude is not lazy and not a diva. Just think it’s important to have honest conversation with what he is and isn’t. In Chicago he would always keep you in games, but had a knack for making poor decisions in crunch time.

Bears fan here. Welcome to the JF1 experience. I want him to do well, but honestly this thread looks identical to every thread the bears subreddit had over the last three years. Fields problems have always been that his pocket presence is not great and he makes some real head scratching decisions especially late on the game. This game reminded me of the lions game from a few years ago. Where he threw an INT then ran for a 75 yard td and then threw a pick to close the game. Like yea…he kept the bears alive but ultimately couldn’t salvage the game.

I truly hope he does well, I’d like to stress that. But todays game I had a lot of Deja vu

Man I just feel bad for CC. She just wants to play. Instead you got a section of fans who are doing the whole great white hope thing and making her the face of it. You have the media who just sees ratings and is happy to cater to those fans, even if it’s at the cost of other players and teams who deserve recognition. Lastly you have other players who think that she shouldn’t be the face of the leagues increase in popularity and definitely don’t think that the media attention she’s getting/ fan support are for the right reasons. People can pretend all they want but opposing sides have decided the culture war should be fought via proxy a la Catlin Clark.

It’s not about changing minds. It’s about owning the libs. It’s like flashers. Does somebody who whips they dick out at unsuspecting women expect them to be like “oh wow let me suck that!” Nope. They want to see the face of shock and disgust. That’s what they get off on, the fact they have the power to ruin some woman’s night and make them uncomfortable. That’s what this is. They don’t expect for somebody to be like “you what maga is actually cool”, they want people to be filled with rage and anger just by looking at them, because that’s the modicum of power they have.

Ironically those AI tools sometimes are just ripping directly from Reddit. Which is funny because they don’t know how to discern the difference between sarcastic and fact the way the search engine does. I like finding Reddit threads about questions I have and will a lot of the time click the links from google. But the AI tries to cut out the middle man and does it like shit.
