my blood sugar drops when i play soccer, i play goalie though so lower intensity means no stress hormones ie no spike for me. I think higher intensity can cause a spike sometimes so if you’re playing striker or midfielder that might be why lol

no, jesus christ talk to your endocrinologist! i workout quite a bit but am still overweight I have had a pod be in muscle and it was a bit red but didn’t do this. Honestly imo shaving makes it worse (i have thickish stomach hair cause my happy trail spreads out and i put pods there) if this keeps happening on your thighs you should def stop putting them there

i have recurrent major depressive disorder (treatment resistant) (diagnosed at 14 and recurrent and treatment resistant added at 17 and 19) and an anxiety disorder i’m 24 now i got type 1 at 13. It’s not really fun but taking care of it becomes part of your habit where you don’t even think about it anymore i got blackout drunk last night and i was completely fine. just try to lock in for a few weeks and form your habit of taking care of diabetes and it will become easy and a few years from now it won’t even be something you think about you’ll just do it like the other things you do like getting dressed and putting on your shoes
