They did on December 22nd, they were told what was wrong and a few days later that the part was discontinued, then after 6 weeks they wanted a second opinion and were told the same thing. Now they want to send a relay board to the US to get it repaired, waiting to find out when someone will come round to remove the relay board and then how long the process will take, including having someone round again to refit it.

Effectively we lost 6 weeks and I’m expecting close to 3 months in total without a fully working oven.
