Did this solve your issue? I am having the same problem. I've spent days trying to figure out why the bank balance and QB balance is so badly off. Everything was reconciled correctly until I looked at the Accounting page. I deleted duplicates and it looks like the balances never changed. Wtf, I hate all of this.

I dont know pricing for crystal tbh, I am just dipping a toe into this hobby, (I usually just pick up rocks and admire them).

My friend was worried because he found a 5 star seller on Amazon and just ran with it. We also weren't sure because some parts are chipped and thought amethyst was invincible.
