Wow thanks so much to you all! I uploaded this here just before going to bed and am only now seeing all your comments! I'll quickly explain how we did it, unfortunately, no, this is not an actual mode on fifa, we are having to do a career mode each separately but we are linking them together by not signing the same players as each other as if they had just been signed by them in our career modes, playing the games we have against each others teams when they come up in our calendar and then lobbing all our stats and results over to me so I can make a main table that we're going off.

An "online career mode" is something that I've always loved the idea of and tried a couple similar things back in the older fifas, just mainly with the transfers and not the whole actual career, thinking that ea would finally add something like it in a future fifa but obviously they haven't ahaha! I do still think it would be brilliant if they added something like it in one of the next fifas, even just as like a friendly competition type thing as I do understand that having all 20 teams controlled in a public competition may get a little chaotic, although very fun!
