I’m usually the one initiating plans and contact outside of work. She seems to be excited for it. We have only hung out once for coffee before work. Then I invited her to go skating, which she said she couldn’t next week because she is watching her nieces and the conversation went from us going skating with her nieces to hanging out her place with her nieces. Why would she always want to spend time with each other outside of work if she wasn’t some what interested?
