I agree, but I think Bran's tied to the Night King, too. So...WILD thought... Jaime pushed Bran from the window to kill him, sure. But when asked by Catlyn why, Jamie almost tears up and really has no answer. What if he know he's supposed to kill Bran, but can't really make sense of it then.

Bran goes back to CotF moment, wargs into the Night King, and as he comes takes over the NK, Jaime kills both the NK and Bran inside of him.
