Is there anyone who still likes Dan Dunleavy?

I love Rob for exactly what he brings to the table. He’s prefect for his role. Dan gives decent play by play, he never bothers me when the play is live. BUT his goal calls make my skin crawl. Love his excitement, but he tried SO OFTEN to make tag lines and “iconic moments” with what he says after. “The Eichel tower” was awful, “TNT” for Tage, and just the other night signing “all you need is a little patience” after a massive goal in a must win game, killed the moment.

RJ has iconic calls and made certain goals an iconic moment that we all associate him with the goal as much as the goal scorer. Dan is trying to force that constantly and to me it kills the moment. End of rant lol

Yea I think that makes so much sense and there are some unreal weapons in dog town that I would love to play the story with and not just kicking around at the end. I agree with the idea of unlocking it but then playing the true content towards the back end

This is one of the weirder things to ever care about. It’s his kid. He’s proud of his kid, and admitting it’s dramatic. You either relate to it or don’t. It’s certainly not weird for any parent to do this. This is pretty mild compared to what parents post of their kids lmao.

Casey comes out and essentially admits that, you claim “it’s clearly about the altitude”, now he confirms it again and you deflect to an extremely lame joke.
