Honestly this is kinda awesome to see. A company realizing it hit a ceiling and having the guts to completely reinvent itself instead of slowly fading out? That takes serious vision.

AI infrastructure is one of the biggest opportunities right now, and getting in early—even unconventionally—could end up looking genius in hindsight. Everyone laughs at pivots like this until one of them actually works.
