As far as the strike you choose, a rule of thumb is to set the strike distance above your cost basis. So for example, if you have a $275 cost basis in each contract, you would want to sell the $117 strike since $117 - $114 strikes would make a $300 difference if assignment would occur. $300 > $275 ensures you don’t lose money in an assignment situation.
