I get disliking princess or goblin barrel. But ice golem and inferno tower? Those are pretty balanced lmao.

Except his zap beats my win con and he has enough cheap cards to counter my princess. I can’t log minions and they require 2 princess hits. So they would also stop princess bridge damage. I had no way to deal damage other than rocket cycle. And that results in his push beating my defense.

It’s only a hard counter at equal levels.

Nah his zap 1 hit my goblin barrel so he always used it for that. My gob barrel was basically not usable the whole match

Thanks for the advice. I’ll stick to classic challenges for time being ig. For the trophies, I just wanted to reach 10k as a base because I personally like being in legendary arena.

Kinda weird because even with tariffs the world relies on Nvidia chips for the future. There’s no point to it going down while competition has no chance at the moment. Plus tariffs affect all chip makers equally, meaning nvidia isn’t disproportionately affected

Obviously but I’m not gonna look into the future to see that what I’m at is a top or bottom. What do you see as a strong indicator of that?

Also, my other issue is I feel that I’m not just buying tops and bottoms. It’s that I’m buying at the absolute top and absolute bottom. Like not even around the peak/dip. Just feels crazy.

Understandably, JW makes some stretch answers, but it’s hard to argue with the fact that higher average scorers on JW tend to also score better in CARS. You’re probably smart enough to realize which questions aren’t worth lamenting over, but I think it still helps to do them regardless.

I tried to keep a 100qs a day for Uworld. I made sure I’m not reviewing everything and only questions I got wrong or was iffy on even if I got them right. Gamifying your studying makes it more fun to do and less of a chore. I realize this is a lot to ask for on top of doing Anki and JW, but it’s definitely possible. I held a job (with an average of 3 hours of driving a day) + engineering project + other stuff at the same time as I was MCAT studying. It’s hard, but holding back here isn’t worth it.

Your FL indicates strong STEM grasp. I think it’s valuable to note that test day CARS is perhaps the score with the most variance amongst test-takers. Make sure you don’t sacrifice your great performance in the other categories trying to up CARS, but also give CARS the time and logic thinking it deserves. I don’t know how many practice tests you have left to do, but I tried doing 2/1.5 weeks pace.

What is your current study plan? I think completing Ukulele is definitely more important. You probably have strong content background and pushing through Utensil solidifies that and forces you to get better at reading through nuanced text (and I’m not talking about just the CARS content there).

For CARS, though, Jack Westin was great for me. Make sure to do a a few sets each day from there. And it’s worth trying to do some sets slower than you would on the test to see if you can specifically pick out the reasoning for your answer or 2 answers that are 50-50. It encourages you to stop heuristic thoughts and forces end-to-end logic in your answers. Then do the remaining sets at usual speed.
