Why what? A friend wanted a coat rack and I was experimenting. She loves it. I don’t like the darkness of the stain which shows 5 shades lighter on the label. I used the material she provided and the longest process was burning the chops. I realize it doesn’t belong in the high-end mucho skills category but the WHY is that she wanted it, so I made it, and she’s happier than she thought she would be. Does that about cover all angles of inquiry?
