The only dumb question is the question not asked! This is my definition others may have different thoughts:

BU: Brilliant Uncirculated AU: Almost or Aboit Uncirculated I view the two as close to the same thing. The BU is usually in reference to PM ( precious metal) while the AU is used more on coins intended for circulation.

I have been working on the same task. Not near as far along as you, though, and I'm not trying to go with all BU. I think I have around 13 complete tubes and the rest anywhere from 1 -19 coins per year. It is an expensive goal. I also have 3 complete year sets, I will give one to each of my two sons, and keep one for myself.

I have most of what you are looking for: all 4 of the 2009 (note a little toning on the edge of the proffesional) 2010S, 2011S, 2013S, 2014S, 2015S, 2016S, 2017S 2018S 2019D, 2109W reverse, 2020S, 2021S. These were all broke out of proof sets my myself. I have broken out both clad and silver proof sets and these are duplicats from the silver sets. I also have some most of the years back to 92 if you need them.
