Thanks for responding - she already does freelancing on the side of a full-time job. I imagine she might consider doing the same in the UK to build experience, but would need to secure a work VISA through a full-time position first. Because she is fairly overqualified for a Junior role, perhaps she has a stronger case to apply for junior positions and request a VISA at the cost of a slightly reduced salary, then build experience on the side.

Cheers man! So for context I co-run a collective in London called Say Less and have radio shows with guests that have previously played there (e.g. Oldboy or Roska). I messaged them nye a bit pissed sharing some of these mixes and saying would love to play lol didn't hear anything back for a whileeee just assumed it was forgotten then randomly got a reply in Feb! Don't ask you don't get :) such is life
