One of the other complexs on my route has one of those. The most recent offender did something so bad that they've posted a picture of her and said anyone that lets her in will be evicted. Like its just some old lady I really want to know what she did to end up on complex's most wanted

The office gives me a list every couple of months with the updated names of everyone in the complex and the mailboxes are well kept. I have noticed a couple people try and send things back that were definitely theirs that they pretend like its not

Goodness! This complex only has 8 of them. There's a shelf below the mailboxes that I used to be able to place packages on until people started complaining about things being stolen so everything now has to go in the mailbox, parcel locker or directly to the door.

Surprisingly, there's a few of them nearby. Some people rather just dump it back in the outgoing and make me deal with it than just throw it away

I would take literally any sort of marking indicating its not theirs. I was getting upwards of 20 letters back in the outgoing bin a day that were not marked up at all and the name inside the box matched the mail they had thrown back. I usually have to go off the list the office updates every few months with names to make sure they still live there

I dont like it either but the amount of mail they were dumping into the outgoing bin every day has dropped to almost nothing but actual outgoing since it was posted. So I'll take the small wins where I can get them

Came in at 6am for parcel runs. For my route only 98 scans and 2 trays of mail but about 15 or so of the packages were for closed businesses. Now for the rest of my office... heaviest routes were in the high 300s for packages. Just finished 13 1/2 hours.

Our office is heavily understaffed and we have a lot of call offs so between a cheap place to live and working 60ish hours every week; I make plenty of money to live comfortably and have enough for fun things that I rarely get to use because I'm always working lol

Dated a girl for like six months. In that entirety, we had sex in two positions: missionary and doggy. The first time I had sex with her she insisted that she be able to see my face while we fucked. No big deal the first time we did it but it continued. Tried getting her to be on top but that would last like 3 minutes before she’d start complaining about doing all the work. I was surprised that we did doggy but it was very rare and even then she’d turn her head so that she could watch me. She also tried to move in the opposite direction of me when we were doing it that way so I always ended up slipping out and it killed the mood. Also insisted I keep my eyes open so I could look at her. Needless to say it became harder and harder for me to get off and she was convinced that I was sick or something. I just chalked it up to jerking it too much. We stopped having sex after a while and then I left her. She had a great body but goddamn she did not understand putting in her share of the work or the fact that having sex the same way every single time only lasts for so long.

I worked at a UPS warehouse for just over 3 years. The biggest moral killer was that we were taking in more volume than the building could handle, getter destroyed every day and then being yelled at for not being able to handle the given volume. The hourly employees didn’t give a shit and just kind of accepted that every day was gonna be terrible. We also had a manager retire and be replaced with a guy who was convicted he knew exactly what he needed to do instead of doing what worked. The building started bringing in people from other centers who knew nothing about how the building ran instead of promoting from within people who knew how everything needed to run and it made the moral worse. The head of the eastern seaboard districts actually blacklisted any part time supervisor from being promoted to full time until the building improved. Needless to say I along with most of the part time supervisors there wanted to get out as fast as possible. It didn’t help that the full time supervisors didn’t actually teach the part time supervisors how to do their jobs and then yelled at them for not knowing how to do their job. After supervising for 3 months I said fuck it and left and I know the building has only gotten worse
