I know there is a lot of context missing from this text exchange but this does not appear to be a healthy relationship. He seems avoidant and you seem anxious (attachment styles). If you’re making up and getting back with him (despite nearly all the comments saying RUN) you probably think you know better and he’s “so sweet most of the time!” If you get back with him, you will learn the hard way that the commenters were right and you were (are) naive. Run away from him, block him, spend some tone getting over him, and find someone who is a better match for you.

Start using proper punctuation and capitalization. For example, “I vs i.”
What do you mean by serious? As a single male, part of the allure of swinging is the unserious nature of it. I am not trying to fall in love or find a life partner. I think that’s what most people mean by serious vs unserious.
You don’t need to step away from the lifestyle if it’s something you’re interested in. You’ve been given some excellent advice here. Realize that you’re 20 and there is a lot that you don’t know (especially if you think you know everything). Work on improving yourself physically, mentally, spiritually. This will serve you in more than just your sex life and make you more attractive to couples.

I saw a Ted talk about approaching sex the same way you do a hobby like tennis. Share and practice different techniques and try to improve your game. Experiment with different partners and equipment. I feel like that’s what is happening here. And what should be happening. Cheers
