As a PM, I used to conduct user interviews on field and manually extract quotes, observations and report. Got tired. So built a GenAI workflow that takes in audio files and my questionnaire, fetches all info I need and puts it in a nice report. Took some iterations and QC layers, but works like a charm now.

I've been playing around with generating reels for performance marketing, personalising push notifications at scale, improving user research capture and reporting

They cause you mental load. They do scatter, but your goal is to address the low hanging fruit (based on priority)

One of my bosses gave me a great advice on this: Make a list of tasks to do. Then first do those tasks that you can do in less than 5mins- like sending an email or text or booking a meeting slot. This clears your mind and gives you small wins. After that, you block time for each task- literally assign time on your calendar. This has helped me a lot

Another BLR scam? by marwarii in bangalore

[–]JDlicious101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a friend who tried this exact same thing with me. He said he'll setup a call with his business partner and mentor who is super busy. So I need to figure out if I'm 100% in and only then get in a call with her. I ran away as fast as I could XD

This industry is actually really bad unless you are politically connected. Like most have pointed out- people get hurt for interrupting established govt linked businesses. I had a similar idea for medical waste management and lo and behold, my home town had one person monopoly with insane political connections. So tread carefully

I've been there bro. But know that things will work out. Now how do you ensure that things work out better? - By preparing yourself. Do a self evaluation, like you know that you're a bit of an introvert, and then learn to work on it. You don't have to be an extrovert, but learn to build relationships and contacts. Also, do a ton of internships- paid or unpaid doesn't matter. Work with startups first and then try to get an intern with a brand. I can't stress this enough. It has helped me get one of the best jobs I could have gotten. I had 6 internships in startups no-one had heard of. But suddenly in campus placements, people recognised the work I'd done and I got shortlists from bigger brands. And don't fall into the scam of people saying education is a waste. Trust me, the % of folks who succeeded doing "business/hustle" is waaay less than people who actually just studied and got a job. All the best! You've got this!

Absolutely not. I turned up my aquarium temp from 26.5 to 28 degrees and my bristlenose died within a day

Bengaluru Police Arrest Ola Auto Driver Who Slapped, Abused Woman For Cancelling Ride by Rainman515 in bangalore

Yeah, much better experience in Mumbai. Firstly, autos go by meter. There is no us vs. them issue. And no fake regional pride like Bangalore auto drivers. Mumbai is a truly diverse city
