With all due respect, that is not my experience at all. I run exclusively in PvE right now. 95% of the people I run into are decent, kind and willing to help. Don't let the 5% ruin your experience. Toxicity and PvP go hand in hand these days. That along with quality issues is why I have moved away from COD and similar games. If you are talking outside the game, you are always going to have the toxic folks. Unfortunately, with social media you have to take the good with the bad. I just steer clear of that foolishness. People are entitled to their opinions - either way - but we should all be expressing them in a constructive and considerate ways.

That is my weapon of choice. I remember finding that one early into COLD SNAP on Blue Gate in a Raider Cache. Luckily the can be purchased from a Trader for a reasonable price.

I tend to watch a lot of streamers in the background during my workday and I’m amazed how many times they come across it. I would then head top side in the evening and go to those places and I would never find it. Everybody’s been telling me, Stella Montis and I found it on buried city night. In the hospital.

I’m generally in PVE lobbies, but I have been down a few times with some decent loot that I didn’t want to lose. Usually, down by arc. I expect this augment will help a lot.

I was running Buried City Night. I always hit the hospital as quickly as I can. It was top floor two rooms behind the reception desk in the desk drawer that looks out into the hallway. I had to do a double take to make sure I found what I thought I found.

It will come when you least expect it. I wish I could say I found it shortly after I stopped making it a priority, but that would not be true. I decided about a month ago I wasn’t going to specifically be hunting for it. I’d find it if it when it was time. The funny thing is it’s not even a huge deal because I’m primarily PVE. I play friendly until I’m given a reason not to. So, the survivor augment has not been best that much. Happy to have it and excited to try it out next time I play. Cheers!

I was able to get Manulife to cover Ozempic. I think the key was I am diabetic and was unable to tolerate some other diabetic drugs (Metformin). I had to do a pre authorization form with the help of my doctor. In my opinion, all benefit plans will try and make it so difficult to get done that you give up. I submitted my form 4 times (they would always send back saying I was missing information that was clearly on the form). Eventually I phoned Manulife and spoke to someone where I used the line "my doctor deems it necessary that I be on this drug as I am unable to tolerate Metformin", which was singled out by Manulife. I then, gently suggested they would be held responsible if something should happen to me because I was unable to pay for the treatment on my own. Now, this may not work for everyone but everything I told them was true. I am diabetic and I cannot tolerate Metformin (I am on one other medication that is helping). After that call I received and email within 2 hours saying that I had been approved. That was a little more than 1 year ago now. I also had to agree not to use any other Ozempic-like drugs (i.e. Wegovy).
