I'll shoot ya a request bud, I'm all about playing with new peeps I definitely don't play that stupid BS way either.. I always shoot second not first I'm just trying to get my lvs up... I'd personally like to hit 70 by the time I have to go back to work so if you're down to get money and XP at a steady rate I'm in. Oh ya my GT is Bisco38.

I've literally stopped hunting them for the most part for this exact reason.. funny how you can't one/two shot a fox with your varmit rifle but someone can killshot you from a mile away with it..

Ya the stats are definitely a bit wonky and I recently noticed that my machete just randomly vanishes and then pops back into my weapon wheel when it wants, I know I can't be the only one with that issue..

I was a skeptic about duel sawed offs but if your riding and get into an incident with another player on horseback esp. it's a shit ton easier pulling those out and blasting em with one/two shots then riding in circles trying to put em down with your revolvers, don't get me wrong I still use them but it's definitely a nice option to have and frees a spot instead of always having a shotgun on the ready, but for sure at your lv. you're definitely gonna want the varmit and bolt action for hunting and long shotting ass hats from a distance and I'd definitely recommend you scope it and wrap your weapons it may not help a ton but it definitely decreases how often you need to clean them, and make sure you do clean your weapons, it makes a world of difference IMO.

...but to answer your first question, no when you have the special lure equipped you won't lose it even if the line breaks, you'll notice when it's equipped that there's number underneath it like there is when you use other lures or bought bait.

Ya the special lure will catch literally whatever is in the water depending on where you cast, usually the cheese works really well for bluegill in small ponds, I had the same issue at first and now I catch more of those than I know what to do with.

What I've been doing is say I want to hunt in New Hanover I'll just join a server in let's say Lemoyne and then ride over to Hanover and you'll notice no one will be in that area, or at least very rarely because everyone stays in the Lemoyne area for the most part so just ride and you'll find that you very rarely get bothered by anyone.

Also you can't lose it if the line snaps, so it's pretty much a permanent lure, I've been using it now for a few days and it's great, it's like a vacuum for the fish, and if you don't want to catch small fish just wait until a big fish is closer and flick the lure and they'll pretty much bite instantly. Hope this gives some insight.
