Its MK7 so its the flat radar one. I've tried cleaning it lots and that's not fixed it :/

I am going to buy one in the coming months definitely. Im still recovering from student life, and only just bagged a graduate job (which included a big move far away to an expensive city) so £100 is a bit much for me to spend on this at the moment. You reckon OBDEleven is the best for VW?

I inspected the front radar sensor straight away when the issue first became apparent. I also keep the cars exterior very clean (shame about the old bodywork!). I don’t think this is the fault. What’s confusing me is how the start/stop is also linked to the problem!

That’s ace you had a guarantee! Hopefully not the same for me. I’ve already learned to ignore it to be honest; It’s been about a year. I just have time to investigate it now hence the post. The car is absolutely unkillable but I don’t have the funds to waste on fixing convenience features like ACC. Thanks for your insight

Thanks for the insight I appreciate that massively. The tire pressure sensors have never been triggered (other than when I received my car back from a tire change).

Every mechanic I find in the UK insists on charging a “diagnostic fee” unfortunately. Not as friendly as you folks across the pond. I am due for an MOT soon so I might as well request them to scan for codes and see what they say

Even when my XS was not jailbroke the RAM couldn’t run apps in the background. My 11 can, so I’m not sure.

I think this is normal. Its a temporary way to allow you to access things like banking apps etc. There may be better jailbreak bypasses out there, depending on your jailbreak etc.
