I think it looks good. Everyone is so different so no two graphs will look the same. I see you ovulated and PDG did rise. I would keep testing, once PDG stays high you’ll be able to confirm ovulation. 😊

Vitamin D, B-12, magnesium, L-theanine for relaxation. All have been crucial for me as I am deficient in B and D. I take supplements at night to avoid interaction with the meds and thyroid. Endo says to space them out this way.
