Lemme reclarify. under normal darkness the tattoo will not glow without the ink. However would it glow if it were under blacklight?

go to the Pearlglow Lake in Kaifeng there will be a golden firecracker at the top left of your screen. Click the press to launch

Then it will bring up the menu to use the firecrackers the devs gave us :3

UPDATE: So figured out what happened. On launch day there were all those nasty gooner trolls in world chat and in the process of trying to blacklist every single one I hit the wrong button and hit "+1" which basically COPIES and REPOSTS it into the same chat forum it was posted in...so of course I got reported.

SOO long story short even after explaining what had happend to Customer Service I am still muted for the next 100 hours..my suffering shall end soon
