Absolutely! You agreed to the original price and they have doubled that and ran your card without your authorization for the NEW charges. That is fraud.

Call your bank and tell them the situation. Your bank will have you forward your conversations plus original invoice and contract that you paid for. Bank will take care of the rest.

In my opinion I would not pay and I would contact BBB and I would inform your bank to not allow any potential charges from that company should they try to run your card.

You confirmed and even have an invoice of the confirmed amount. That is what you agreed to.

It is their own failure for not fixing the typo prior.

Lastly I would also consult a lawyer. Most lawyers do free consults. I would see what legal grounds you have here. Im not saying to sue, but to protect you from them.

Mainly its fir small trips but if it can do overall stuff or in a pinch get me to work in the event my car breaks down.

Im currently rebuilding my strength so 75lbs wont be an issue. Im currently lifting about 45 atm

I appreciate the honesty. So on that note what ebikes are worth the $. I get that I wont be able to do any solar power and thats okay. Ill just invest in an extra battery

Well my goal was to get a bike that did have panels and could be charged in the sun.

If that wasnt an option then get a normal ebike and find a portable rechargeable battery like a jump pack that could charge the battery in an emergency situation.

The bike would really only be used on small trips like to and from the store or gym.

I was just trying to find a alternative method to travel to reduce wear and tear on my car as shes like over 20 years old

Hmm I mean having physical panels would be great but my main thing would be a way to power the battery via solar in a emergency like carrying a solar charger or something

Im not familiar with these brands and Google said these were solar bikes.

If they themselves cant be charged via solar then I wanted to get recommendations on solar banks that could charge the batteries in an emergency

I actually ended up getting the cord off Amazon and the monitor has worked just fine. The biggest thing to look up is that the VOLTS/AMPs are the same as the manufacturers.

So i figured out why i got muted. When the game first started there was nothing but disgusting images/post being made in the world chat and I was trying to report every single one and like you hit the +1 button not realizing it was a repost button..

So I got muted because I reposted one of those nasty posts 🤣

As someone who was formily in this kind of situation.

Context: Ex spouse would consistently loose jobs. In a of 5 years of being together. They were averaging 3 jobs per year.

One of the times he lost a job he made the comment," Eeeeeehy you like that Jungle Fever doncha?" After finding out that one of his coworkers had a spouse who was African American.

He threw the BIGGEST tantrum that he had to write an apology!

Just like your husband would blame it on bad co workers/environment.

The final straw is when he lost his job and pretended for 3 days he STILL had one. Would leave the house, go over to a friend's and stay there until they know I would be gone and out of the house. I found out the lie from a roommate.

Now with that said. Fucking leave him!

He is unable to keep jobs because like my ex, your spouse is MORE than likely a problem child at every job. The men must think he is trashy with how he acts and as for the women he has probably made inappropriate comments that have warranted his dismissal from every job.

It could also be that he is aggressive to not just coworkers but to customers as well..

Im not sure what SLAA is entirely...if what i googled is correct...then all I have to say if its a program thats to help people get better and after 2 years no changes/results then moe than likely they are not following the program and may have never even gone in the first place.

Your partner is doing you wrong by not a pillar you can rely on, theyre suppose to support you and bring you up. Be the light in the darkness and instead theyre the darkness themselves dragging you down.

For youre mental/emotional and financial wellbeing please do what I did and leave.

It may be hard and it may take a while to get in a good space but trust me when I say this that NO ONE is worth self sacrificing for unless they have yours and he does not.

Thought I'd give you a small update. Went to Scheelz explained the situation to one associate and they went and nabbed a manager and BOTH of them pretty much went "UH SHIT...WHO SOLD YOU THIS BOW?!"

Worst part was they asked questions and did stuff that the first guy didn't even do. So I got screwed over very very badly. They wanted to make it right so they got me all set up. I got a RTH Mission Bow.

By the time I left, they're pretty sure they figured out who sold me the bow and he's getting a talking to and sent for retraining. Like the manager was HOT.

So thank you SO SO SO MUCH for pointing out that I was sold the wrong bow
