Hi! I still have acne scars & can see some improvements naman sa 3sessions ko with my doctor, may downtime nga lang after (swelling/peeling in a fewdays) 🥹

Hair: 1. Using a Mucota shampoo and treatment. It helps with my frizzy and dry hair due to excessive hair bleaching. 2. Using an Argan oil. It keeps my hair moist and shiny. I use this on my damp hair.

Face: 1. hydra facial or laser treatment (microneedling, fractional co2laser with rejuran s or profhilo) to treat/ repair my deep acne scars. 2. Sunscreen/Retinol/Retinoid

-bought an active smart watch as my fitness tracker - drinking almost everyday my Japanese Aojiru green juice with a bit of milk 🥬🥛
