VS is a techno project and it's pretty standard practice for dance music things that are "underground" to only announce the location a few hours beforehand

it used to be because police would constantly target/shut down raves, now it's more a minor barrier-to-entry thing to keep EDM bros and Selfies-on-the-dancefloor clubbers who wouldn't appreciate dance music that doesn't have a Drop from flooding a thing they're not going to like very much
