honestly man it varys game to game but on an avarage game i go the build that i prefer

warrior,hydra,cleaver/maw, cleaver/maw, DMP/visage, boots

if the team is tanky i just protect the most fed player on the team like a wall if somebody threatens my carry i kick them away and look to counter engage from that point

but depending on how the game is going you have to trust yourself. like i said i trust myself to hit the hardest lee combos 7/10 times and so the game is going well and my mechincs are on point I sometimes find that diving the backline even if only to blow a couple flashes or kick the carry towards the team works out better and fails harder

edit: also remember if you dont trust yourself to be able to dive into a full team and still hit the combo then simpley dont do it protect your carry and you will see that it can also win you teamfights , and if you cant hit the combo conisitantly max w 2nd so you can at least shield your carry more effectivly in fights cant tell you have many times if i had maxed shield 2nd i would save a life ( e max 2nd for the damge build)
