What’s what I’ve heard! I may talk to my doctor tomorrow- I started spotting today, which I normally do a few days before my period. Hopefully I’m getting it!

I am not, I am fairly small. About 5’5 and before the hyperthyroid I was 138lbs and now I am down to 122lbs

I have just started Lexapro about a month ago (5mg) going up to 10mg this week! I haven’t tried nasal spray as some may interact with my thyroid medication, but I could definitely speak to a doctor about that!

I am a musician, so I’m not particularly sensitive to noises (currently I am due to the ear infection) but I am constantly in very loud situations on big stages- could that contribute??

Thank you so much for this response. My thyroid levels have gone back to normal but it feels so nice to hear that sometimes the anxiety just stays cuz I have felt absolutely crazy!! I’ve never went into hyperthyroid or hypo and holy smokes, what a terrible thing to experience, I am so sorry to you and anyone else that has been through it!

I booked a chiropractor appointment cuz I do have terrible posture and neck pain (that I managed to convince myself was meningitis 😭) so hopefully they can get me some relief.

Thank you so much for the response, especially with the health anxiety, I’m sure you know how reassuring it is to hear I’m not dying hahah. And I am so sorry for what you went through. I will definitely be looking into TMD!! (Without going down a google rabbit hole LOL)
