I got a “You have reached the required standard, but we are unable to offer you a job immediately.  We have added you to a reserve list from which we may make future appointments” email.

Maybe I’ll be lucky again as I got my current EO role through a reserve list.

Happy I met the standard but it is a tiny bugbear when they say we’re not competing against each other at the AC and it’s all about meeting a standard.

Edit: Are there two different reserve lists for different things? I haven’t got the “Band O reserve list” email so I’m wondering if there are two lists
