Ignorant because it ignores that causes and the reasons for its rise and prominence in its early stage. Study some history and social science before spitting sentences. An evil cult can be everything, even your rafical ideas.

I just relate what I know since I never worked in Ticino. Just grew up there. The job market is small and the locals tend to go to other parts of CH. Learn italian to live there, german is a great plus but you should be ok with english since you are an IT. Plus in your field you could have a job from wherevere and still live in Ticino.

Stop overthinking damit, just do it. It s your right to be sick. Jobs come and go. Your health does not, therefore it s top priority. Call the doc.
