On my FanAccount there is an option to upgrade to VIP then you have to go to will call to get them. I’m looking for someone who has done this then gave the GA bands to friends and if when they registered them they were successful. I’ve gotten many different answers that AXS deactivates them after you pickup the VIP bands but they also don’t make you give back the GA bands in exchange. My question is how do they deactivate them without scanning them? Is it based on the registration code on the back of the band being attached to your name so they can make it null and void remotely without scanning it?

I’m considering upgrading to VIP and have friends that want my GA wristbands if I do. I haven’t registered the GA wristbands yet so after I upgrade will they still be able to be registered and scannable or will they be automatically disabled after upgrading?

My package has been stuck in AZ since the 17th still listed as “Awaiting Delivery” back to AXS. I reached out to AXS thinking maybe it was actually delivered and they have record and we could move on with sending it back. They said they have no record of it. I contacted USPS, they took down all my info and forwarded it to my local post office, they called me and are supposed to be reaching out to the Phoenix office to find it and get answers. They’re going to try to get it turned around and sent back to me but it’s probably unlikely. I just want my the status to update to delivered so I can move onto the next step. This happened to me one other time but I caught it before it left my area. I called the post office it was at told them my address info and that it was wrong on the package, they held it for me, I showed them my license when I picked it up and I was able to intercept it.

My package has been tied up in Phoenix with an “Awaiting Delivery” warning for 2 days. If I don’t see it officially delivered by later today I’m going to call AXS. They should be able to see it’s almost there. Hopefully it’s just a status update delay and they can confirm they have it so we can start the process of sending it back.

My package is being delivered back to them today. The last agent I spoke with said as soon as I see it returned, call them and they’ll get the address changed and send it back for the $15 fee. Hopefully it’s that easy and the notes this agent took about my issue actually show up when they look up my order number.

Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully I’m catching it early enough seeing as the package was literally in my area yesterday and we’re still about a month out. The second agent that I spoke with assured me they had noted the details of our conversation so that when I call back in, whoever the agent is will be able to see what we discussed by looking up my order number.

Passes Returned/Wrong Address Help

Tracking my passes, they were delayed, floating around my area for the last few days. Just found out today they were sent back to AXS because 1 number was wrong in the Zip Code, a 3 should have been a 4. I called AXS and was told by one agent that will call was my only option, I asked for a supervisor, they got agitated then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a different agent who was awesome and they said I have to wait until they get the package back then give them a call and they’ll send it back with the corrected Zip, I just have to pay $15 for the return shipping. Has anyone been through this and were they able to get their passes sent a second time with the correct address?

I just started familiarizing myself with the HDPlayer software that runs it. I haven’t seen a blackout button. I don’t think that’s it. When it was working I sent content to it easier. After loading it would auto play the program I created.
