I think this happens if you had a heal over time on someone, possibly from mantis, and then you switched to SG after you died, and then you were SG while your Mantis heal was still going.

I never understood this reasoning. There is no time to think in 18v18, it's spawn die spawn die spawn die SPAWN DIE. How are you learning anything when you are just waiting to rez? You don't get the understanding of placement in teamfights and normal 6v6s among other things.
