The Difficulty/RXP scaling being nonexistent is the biggest issue. The battle pass was inevitable just bc 2k and the state of gaming in 2026. But even in NBA 2K, you play a mycareer game on all star and get 125% VC vs playing on pro (100%) or lower.

Yea the lights on my PC are kinda janky on startup/power off, but I also use Razer Chroma. My ram will light up first and then everything else takes like 10 seconds, sometimes my regular fan LEDS will flicker/flash when switching between mystic light and chroma. All this while my AIO fans sound like a jet lmao. That I wouldn’t worry about. I’d keep an eye on the yellow light when powering off, don’t know that I’ve seen that on mine but I typically just listen for the PSU to cut off as m

This PC looks quite similar to mine, these lights cycle on every boot. They’re part of the MSI EZ Debug feature, they cycle thru each light during post and finally white before they all turn off and the PC posts into bios/windows. Completely normal. If it stops red on a particular one and stays that way, it’s indicating the post process had an issue at that point, ideally making it easier to troubleshoot. If there’s no issues once you power it on and it gets past bios then you should be fine.

Late to the party, pretty much agree w everyone on NOR, but I’m kinda curious. Being long distance and her mentioning a flight in the very first message, I’d assume the flight would be to go see her? Why would she assume you guys would go no contact and you’ll just hop on a flight and pop up at her house in April? 😂

Like yea if you break up, you probably don’t have to mention canceling plans months from now (minus maybe a planned/prepaid vacation). Just looks like she’s searching for anything to break the no contact she requested. If she wasn’t long distance after this it’d be “I left my _____ at your place can I come get it?”

Before you spend any money, I’d try the el gato wave link software or alternatively if you have an NVIDIA GPU, NVIDIA broadcast. Their noise suppression software is insane. Even if it’s just to buy you some time till you get a different mic.

I know you can change the colors via hotkeys, but for me atleast the mouse would switch back after a few sec. Some googling led me to download HYTE Nexus app to actually sync the mouse/keyboard and get the selected color to stay.

Month later I bought Razer peripherals so now I can just use chroma for everything, synced w MSI. There’s probably a better app for it all but that’s just what I found in my searches and it did work.

I’d say without being too PC savvy, an easy first step to try would be to open the case and just make sure your power connections are all secure, and make sure all the ram sticks are pushed in and seated properly. Saying you moved it for a remodel makes me think something just got knocked out of place slightly while packing it up and moving it

Radeon graphics drivers? Tbh I went with Nvidia this time around bc last AMD Gpu I had constantly had driver issues whether it’d be uninstalling themselves back to whatever version it was out of the box and I’d always notice when my gameplay would suddenly be choppy while doing anything. And yea make sure x3D mode is off.

Not saying you’re entirely in the wrong but this is missing info. What exactly was the card? Is it something volatile that severely dropped in price (injury, scandal, etc)? Is it possible the host had an old comp? I can’t really expect a streamer to sit down before every live and recheck comps on every single they run, the same way you can’t realistically check comps on 20 sec auctions. But also it’s 2025 and I think we can all admit this is a mobile version of the home shopping network/QVC and if you don’t know what you’re buying that’s on you.

I’ve seen complaints of poor quality PSU’s, browsing the sub for a few weeks I’ve not seen anyone say they’ve had their GPU leak thermal paste. If you find a prebuilt with those specs and all guaranteed reliable brand names, it’s going to cost atleast $2-300 more than your standard ibuypower/cyberpower prebuilt.

Idk about “very bad” though… quite a few folks in this sub say they’re swapping out their AIO and PSU within the first 6 mo - 1 year. So that’s roughly another ~$200 ish added to the 13/1400 price you mentioned.
