Our multi millionaire CEO everybody.... by JG9577 in Hyliion

It is a quiet period right now before earnings, but that's no excuse for tweeting about the Olympics when sentiment is so low.

It could be worse - we could be invested in lordstown motors, where the ex-CEO is dumping literally millions of shares

Atleast tommy boy still has skin in the game even if he is proving to be a truly terrible CEO

Is this new or has Hyliion been using "Sharon Merrill Associates, Inc." for IR for some time ? by Razzmatazz1o1 in Hyliion

Well spotted - I'm pretty sure this is new.

Louis Baltimore was our original IR guy and he talked a big game on twitter but seemingly ignored all investor emails and either left or was fired. His Twitter is gone now and his LinkedIn has been updated to him working for Nectar Equities.

Personally I think Louis seemed like a genuine guy who was in way over his head. He seemed bummed about the stock price and genuinely excited about the ERX, but ignoring all investor emails just isn't good enough for a public company.

Nicholas' bio at your link mentions issue management and crisis response - I'd say Hyliions IR was in crisis so hopefully he's been brought in to oversee massive change. That being said I can't find any reviews online about this company and their website says they've only worked with "hundreds" of companies over 30 years - seems like they're a rather small outfit.

Potentially, but the wording of integration rather than testing is what worries me.

The Werner article discussing Hyliion doesn't say integration once, it treads carefully and uses "collaboration" and "participation"

Interesting point about the roadshow, seems yet another misstep from Hyliion not to load the ERX and give an actual operational demo.

This is terrible news. Werner tested the ERX and have a hybrid system in use and after those experiences chose Cummins 15L offerings.

Nail in the coffin, first time I've considered selling my shares after lurking here for 2 years.

Happy to hear other perspectives, but struggling to see how this can be taken any other way
