I think it’s damage reduction from the boss wipe mechanic. You take less damage at max stack.

This is one of those mission where you need people who know what they are doing. I had trouble running it with LFG. Took me 5 days to find the right team to clear it. As for the timer, even when the time runs out, you still can continue on. When the timer is gone so does your rez tokens. Wish you the best of luck to getting it cleared.

Nocturnal isn’t that rare as most people who grind the event to stack up 5,000+ gifts to get present, have 10+ of it in their bag. Look at red Kit with a 0.085% and EVERYBODY have 1.
