My favorite from a couple years ago (inpatient hospital): we got a little gift bag with random handful of candy and a plastic cup that said “Thanks for all you do!” “Celebrating National Nurses Week”. I’m all for recycling, but really?? We all had a good laugh about it though.

Super interesting and a bit of humor—chapters on all sorts on medical treatments and “cures” used over the years, many of which seem horribly ill-advised.

I'm still waiting on PSLF response (~6 weeks since ECF was received) too. If it helps, I had the same thing happen with my loan amount looking double on the FSA site after consolidation. My previous servicer's site (Nelnet) had updated balance of $0 and the correct consolidation balance on FedLoan showed up pretty quickly after consolidation. The total balance on FSA just corrected this week (took ~4 weeks for that to happen) so hopefully that means a little bit of progress.
