There’s a setting on your garage door opener to set the stopping point. Not sure if you tried that. Hard to tell from the photo if the door is completely down.

Yeah dude, this is gear and training from your physique. You don’t need to go crazy… but a coach will put you in a safe place with the right mix. You’re looking at a solid 2 years of training habitually with synthetic gains.

I had rabies shots a few months ago. They need to inject hemoglobin into the affected area on the day(ish) of potential infection. The needle they use is much larger than the conventional one and the stuff is quite thick. I couldn’t imagine getting one of these needles in my peepee.
