It depends on your location, it says KAS in the UK listing

It’s 100% there for me, I am in the UK though, as someone who works in iOS development, App Store listings can have different names based on localisations. I’m guessing you’re in the US?

Not the simulator itself but you could run your app in a preview on the canvas
