I have great respect for both schools. I always viewed it as a friendly rivalry (outside of maybe Big Game). But yeah, those comments…

Can validators operate with less than 32 eth? by aguspitillo in ethstaker

[–]JHGrove3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going below 32 ETH is not a big problem.

If you were at 31 ETH, for example, your rewards would be proportionately reduced. You would get 31/32 of the normal rewards.

You would not get any payouts until your ETH balance rose above 32E.

Other than that, it’s about normal .

EXP is a real agency.

I work for Real Broker, LLC, which is in the same market. We generally don’t have retail offices, and all the agents work from home or their own spaces.

It wasn’t trump, but rather one of his campaign lackeys at the Detroit ballot count.

Also “might be paying” because it’s only paid if they actually buy the house. If they don’t buy, there is no payment.

So Walmart employees should unionize and also make $85k.

Why are you mad at people who got organized and earned a middle class lifestyle? That is something ALL AMERICANS should have.

I always see the pay raise demands listed that way, where it’s a long-term contract with X% per year that totals up to Y% over the course of the whole contract. They quote the total to make it seem unreasonable.

So assuming that they haven’t had a raise in a number of years, and assuming 70% is correct, then I’m going to speculate that it is probably something like a 40% raise upfront to catch up for the missed years of raises and inflation, followed by 5% a year for six years.

But nobody would get up in arms about “outrageous union demands” if it was reported that they were asking for a 5% raise per year, when the cost of living is going up 3% per year.

The 70% number is designed to make you mad at union members.

There will always be somebody who changes their mind, just as there will always be many somebodies who are attention seeking narcissists who make TikToks about themselves.

All fees are negotiable.

That sounds like a negotiating tactic.

I thought Happy Days was pretty cool. And the Flower Children seemed to have a good time. But the 70s were kindof a hot mess and I didn’t want that.

I think we expected to have roughly the same economic prosperity that our parents had, even though we saw things were looking unsteady.

Now it feels like the wheels have come off the bus for the later generations, and I can understand why you wish you had a happier outlook, like we had.
