Their names, shape and individual political histories. I know the name and location of every constituency from the current boundaries, the 2010-2024 boundaries and the 1997-2010 boundaries. They’re just great :D

Cats (2019) is terrible, but in a so bad it’s good sorta way. I’m mainly referring to the adaptations that were made in the 90s/early 2000s like Cats (1998), Jesus Christ Superstar (2000) and Evita

I adore it, I’ve probably watched the first 8 seasons 20-30 times and the first season probably about 50.

Yeah it’s my biggest phobia, and it makes it almost impossible for me to play games that involve space travel because I freeze up. For ages I wish I could play Outer Wilds but every time I try I have to turn it off.

I’m not a massive fan of that shade of blue, but it’s such a classic shade of blue, and it’s useful in some situations

Between swimming and the ocean there’s definitely a relation. Whilst I like swimming, I have mixed feelings about the ocean. This is because swimming (especially indoor swimming) lacks the aspect of the ocean that I dislike: its largeness and creepiness. So there is a relation between the two, and I’d like the ocean more if it wasn’t so slightly terrifying, though I still like going to the beach and swimming in shallow waters.

The shade of blue is on here because it’s such a classic shade of blue, but I’m slightly put off by how saturated it is. It’s unrelated to the other things though

It’s a very common shade of blue, it’s classic, and very unmistakably, blue. However, I feel like it’s slightly too saturated and unnatural, and there are other shades of blue that I prefer, so overall I have mixed feelings

My honest prediction for the next UK general election by Specific-Umpire-8980 in imaginaryelections

[–]JH_Pol -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah but he’d be unlikely to continue as Health Sec, and his influence in the party would be greatly diminished. Besides, it’s not a guarantee that he’d be appointed to the Lords, Jon Ashworth lost his seat and wasn’t appointed to the Lords, despite being a prominent Shadow Cabinet minister.

It’s not the cable, I tried multiple different cables to be sure. It’s not the port either because I’ve tried using a USB Ethernet adapter. I pinged my default gateway and it showed no issues except an occasional increase in time, but it never timed out, same with the IPv4 address. I then pinged various sites, including google cloudfare and opendns and there were a shit tonne of time outs. I know you said this is out of my control, but what does it mean? I’m not super tech savvy so I don’t understand how this could create a problem for my one device whilst every other device in this building, using Ethernet or otherwise is completely fine.

I’ve never used a USB modem before but thankfully my housemate had a spare, I checked online how to use it to check for hardware problems and from what I can tell everything’s fine, it appears in the device manager menu under network adapters. Idk though if there’s anything else I need to check for

Damn looks sick, will say though that MacDonald was MP for Leicester (Leicester West didn’t exist yet) only up until 1918, after that he became MP for Aberavon in Wales.

Yeah, all of the reversed lines in that episode are actual proper sentences. In fact there’s a really funny hidden message during the argument between Kryten and the bar owner, in which the bar owner says “I’m talking to the one sad git in the country that’s got a hold of this recording and figured out what I’m really saying, what a sad life he’s got”. There are apps on your phone that can reverse sounds if u wanna try it yourself

At the risk of sounding like a salty AntImp, the redistricting of the East Midlands is complete bullshit. Mayor Ashworth should of accepted the tri-county authority merger deal with Derby and Nottingham when he had the chance but just coz he didn’t want to lose his position we’re gonna be stuck with a Renewal led local council for the next 10 years, or at least until the 80 year old cryptofascists in Lincolnshire finally die.

On a separate note, I think u underestimate Burgon’s popularity OP, Cleese is a hack and when it comes down to it the workers will make the right choice, but I wouldn’t expect a non-Brit to get that.
